The Start a Project form allows you to upload optional files to help us understand your project.

Uploaded project files are stored privately using Vercel Blob storage. Lucky Producks receives secure temporary links that allow us to access those files.

Please only upload information that is relevant to your project. Do not upload confidential, financial, medical, identity or other sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary and has been specifically requested.

Lucky Producks uses third-party technology providers to operate the website and process enquiries.

These currently include Vercel for website hosting and private file storage, and Resend for sending project enquiry emails.

These providers may process information on our behalf where this is necessary to provide their services.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries, managing projects and meeting any legal or business record-keeping requirements.

Information and project files that are no longer required will be deleted when there is no longer a reasonable need to keep them.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

Project files submitted through the Start a Project form are stored using private file storage rather than being made publicly available.
